Solution
We developed a mobile-first web application for guides. They could scan passes with GoCity, take photos, add or remove notes, do Eiffel summit upgrades, and calculate ticket prices for groups. The app let them upload receipt photos, which were pushed to Google Drive, and provided analytics, rosters, and alerts.
Results
Check-ins became a breeze. Guides loved using their phones for everything - scanning, upgrades, notes, and reports. The company could finally keep up with the volume and had way better analytics and records.
